SIBS-体能测试

  

      君诚学校的体能测试是为了使君诚学生深刻认识到参加体育锻炼的重要性,促进大家加强锻炼,提高体质健康水平,让学生意识到拥有一个健康的体魄是一起的重要基础。

      每个学期二次的体能测试,更能反映出这一阶段该学生的运动能力的变化,同时也可以给家长,学生,教师一个清晰的认识,更为体育教师下一步的体育工作提供强有力的参考。


The physical fitness test of the Springboard International Bilingual School is for the students to understand the importance of participating in physical exercise, to strengthen the exercise, to improve the health level, and to make the students realize that having a healthy body is an important foundation.

The physical test will be taken twice a semester, which can reflect the change of the student's ability to exercise, and also give a clear understanding to the parents, the students and the teachers. In addition,  providing a strong reference for the physical educational work to the teachers.


      GRAM 奔跑者测试是多级健康测试。616638614198246754.jpg他根据不同的速度,分成了一系列标准。常被体育教练和训练师用来评估一个运动员的最大摄氧量,也被许多国际体育团队作为一个测试心血管健康,身体健康更重要的一个组成手段。


The GRAM runner test is a multilevel health test, which was divided into a series of standards by different speeds. Often used by sports coaches and trainers to assess the maximum oxygen uptake of an athlete, and many international sports teams to measure cardiovascular health and physical health.











      俯卧撑测试用来检测上肢力量和耐力。在该测试中,要求按照每三秒完成一个的速度进行,尽挑战可能完成更多的数量。每正确地完成一个标准俯卧撑得一分。


Push ups test is used to measure strength and endurance of upper limbs. It is required to complete a fully push up during three seconds and challenge more quantity.

      在GRAM健身测试中,仰卧起坐用来测试腹部肌肉的力量和耐力。并且对良好姿势也很有效。纠正骨盆,这对背部下方健康尤为重要。蜷缩评估是更安全、更有效在Gram体能测试中,因为它没有涉及到的臀屈肌,可以最大限度地减少脊柱压缩。


The GRAM fitness test, sit ups test is used to measure the strength and endurance of abdominal muscles, which also rectify posture and pelvis.Curling assessment is safer and more effective in Gram physical fitness tests, because it does not involve the gluteal flexors which can minimize spinal compression.

      背测试学生趴在垫子上,绷住脚尖,双手放在大腿,抬起上半身。在一个非常缓慢节奏下控制自身身体其可能达到离地12英寸。离地尺寸超过12寸通过测试,测试时抬起上半身收紧肌肉,保持身体平衡,以便测量。

 

Back test--the students lay on the mat and stretch their toes, put their hands on their thighs, and raise the upper part of the body.
